Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) tailored to client preferences and needs.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments followed by regular progress evaluations to adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop, review, and maintain client treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals, facilitating open dialogue with clients regarding their progress.

• Establish and maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries while building a trusting rapport with clients, crucial for effective therapy.

• Support clients dealing with various issues, including anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and emotional regulation, helping them to navigate their paths toward healing.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Florida.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience with a strong proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrate expertise in addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills, reliability, and a genuine passion for client care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
