Work Environment\n

This full-time position is set within a remote work environment, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that our clients’ needs are met promptly and effectively. The work schedule generally runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological needs of elderly residents, ensuring personalized care plans are developed and implemented.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, addressing a variety of emotional challenges, including those related to aging, grief, and significant life transitions.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create and execute personalized care plans that enhance the quality of life for geriatric clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
