Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Document all client interactions in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality.

• Engage in regular consultations with interdisciplinary teams to discuss client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary for cohesive care.

• Stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health research, participating in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
