Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and actively participate in treatment planning, creating pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, positive behavior support plans, pharmaceutical treatment options, and risk assessments tailored for individual clients.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation in line with both internal policy and regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to evaluate client progress effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement successful behavior support strategies tailored to client needs.

• Engage in accreditation processes and oversee compliance with licensing requirements through active participation and readiness for inspections.

• Act as a liaison with governmental agencies and community partners to foster cooperative relationships that benefit client care and organizational goals.

• Facilitate open communication channels within the organization and with external stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance and enhancing community engagement.
