Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions, developing tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive psychological assessments and client needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions for diverse clients, including children, adults, families, and couples, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with compliance standards and ethical guidelines, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and therapeutic methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

Wellpower Outpatient Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, with additional bonus opportunities.
