Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate progress, discuss therapeutic interventions, and manage discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with the individual goals of clients.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical notes and progress reports for each client to ensure continuity of care.

• Perform in-depth intake assessments, identifying client needs and determining appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Engage in individual supervision and collaborate with colleagues to refine clinical skills and improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
