This role will predominantly be remote, utilizing telehealth capabilities to reach clients across various locations. Regular business hours are maintained, with occasional evening shifts to cater to client availability, ensuring comprehensive support for our client base.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and experiences.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic care and continuity of support for clients throughout their treatment journey.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support during acute distress situations, drawing on your clinical expertise and empathetic approach to guide clients effectively.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives and educational programs focusing on mental health awareness, working to mitigate stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population includes individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This mandates a culturally sensitive practitioner who understands and respects the individual experiences of each client. Therapists will work with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relational challenges, thus providing the opportunity to apply and enhance a breadth of therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills that facilitate timely documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Experience with telehealth and virtual platforms for delivering therapy is a plus.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources and referral processes to better serve client needs.
