Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions for clients of various ages, tackling a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans with specific, measurable objectives that reflect each client’s unique circumstances and preferences, utilizing tools such as the DSM-5 for accurate diagnoses.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health situations, employing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic communication to ensure safety and stability.

• Educate clients on various mental health conditions, providing resources and coaching on effective coping strategies tailored to their specific scenarios.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards, including but not limited to assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and confidentiality protocols.

• Adhere to the ethical guidelines and legal requirements that govern mental health practices, ensuring informed consent and maintaining strict confidentiality for all client interactions.

• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and competence when engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring all treatment is equitable and respectful of individual differences.

Qualifications\n
