Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct effective virtual therapy sessions with clients using encrypted video conferencing tools to ensure confidentiality and ease of access.

• Assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and create tailored treatment plans that identify specific goals and strategies for improvement.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy based on client needs, fostering a supportive and safe environment for open dialogue.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including therapy progress notes and updated treatment plans, while adhering to HIPAA and respective ethical standards.

• Work in collaboration with other mental health professionals and specialists to provide holistic care and refer clients to additional resources as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
