Position Radiologic Technologist - Mobile - Full Time Locations Norwalk, Fairfield, Stamford Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay : $45.00 – $52.00 (based on experience) Monthly Bonus : Monthly incentive pay based on performance metrics Sign‑On Bonus : $10,000 (Full‑Time positions only) MVR Required Must travel to all three locations : Norwalk, Stamford, & Fairfield RT Mobile Details The Mobile RT does not anchor at one particular urgent care site. The Mobile RT works across sites in close proximity to one another. As patient care needs arise requiring X‑ray, the Flex RT travels to the respective site to render care. The travel nature of this role enables the Flex RT to be exposed to a variety of urgent care settings and maximizes quantity of X‑Rays an RT performs. Position Summary The Radiologic Technologist (RT) works with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants with the examination and treatment of our patients. This role is responsible for providing a variety of technical procedures and applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis for patients, including performing patient X‑rays and reporting results to Medical Providers. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our Centers. In a collaborative manner, the RT will provide support to Medical Providers, Medical Assistants and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. Key Responsibilities Under the clinical direction of the Medical Provider, perform X‑ray services for patients by applying X‑ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups from newborn to elderly. Ensure patients are positioned correctly on or in front of equipment and protected during use. Will need to push patient in a wheelchair. Follow operating instructions to perform and document daily controls and calibration of equipment; maintain Quality Assurance/Quality Control logs for equipment troubleshooting and breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and submit repair tickets as needed. Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures preferred. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work. Social perceptiveness and service oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software preferred. Qualifications Education High School Diploma (required) Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (required) Certifications (Required at Time of Hire) Basic Life Support (BLS) required at the time of hire (obtained through the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA)). American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required. Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required. Valid State Driver’s License. Experience Previous clinical experience preferred.
