Healthcare Regulatory Associate

$200k - $325k

Jobot

A bit about us:

Healthcare Regulatory Associate
New Jersey / New York

A nationally recognized healthcare and life sciences law firm is seeking an experienced Healthcare Regulatory Associate to join its growing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a sophisticated, highly specialized practice advising healthcare providers, organizations, investors, and businesses on complex regulatory, transactional, reimbursement, compliance, and enforcement matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced healthcare attorneys and have meaningful client contact, substantive responsibility, and exposure to matters involving federal and state healthcare regulations, business structuring, fraud and abuse, licensing, reimbursement, and government investigations.

Why join us?

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This role offers the opportunity to join a law firm whose platform is specifically built around healthcare and life sciences rather than treating healthcare as a small component of a broader general practice.

The successful candidate can expect:

A highly concentrated healthcare regulatory practice.
Substantive work involving healthcare business models, compliance, reimbursement, and transactions.
Direct access to experienced healthcare attorneys.
Significant client contact and opportunities to develop trusted advisory relationships.
Exposure to a broad range of healthcare providers and emerging healthcare businesses.
The ability to develop deep expertise in fraud and abuse, licensing, reimbursement, privacy, and transactional healthcare matters.
Meaningful drafting and counseling responsibility.
Strong opportunities for professional development and long-term advancement.
A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment that values initiative and subject-matter expertise.
Compensation

The anticipated base salary range is approximately $200,000-$325,000, depending on experience, qualifications, practice depth, market considerations, and the overall strength of the candidate's background.

Additional compensation and benefits may also be available.
