Development/Construction Accountant
Our client, located in Atlanta, is searching for a Development/Construction Accountant to join their growing team!
This position will be responsible for all aspects of accounting for a portfolio of multi-family and/or mixed-use properties. Responsibilities include: month-end close, preparation of monthly financial reports, preparation of monthly construction, renovation and/or replacement reserve draws to lenders, process wire transfers and preparation of year-end audit and tax workpapers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 1-4 years construction or development accounting experience
- Experience with property accounting software, Experience with Yardi would be a Big Plus!
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
