Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the frontline of our company, ensuring customers feel heard, supported, and taken care of every step of the way. This role is best suited for someone who is responsive, highly organized, and has a growth mindset , someone who can manage details while also seeing the big picture of the customer experience. The CSR handles inbound communication, enters and manages orders, follows up with precision, and supports both new and existing customers with warmth and professionalism.

Reports To: Director of Sales & Business Development

Note: This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must live within 30 minutes of El Reno, OK
and be available Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Respond to all customer communication promptly, professionally, and accurately
• Enter and manage sales orders and updates using our internal systems (ERP/CRM)
• Proactively follow up on order status, timelines, and any changes or issues
• Clearly communicate shipping updates, lead times, and production status
• Support new customer onboarding and guide them through key next steps
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Labeling, and Logistics teams to resolve issues
• Maintain documentation of recurring issues, customer feedback, and trends
• Ensure every interaction reflects a high standard of care, accuracy, and integrity

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Clear, confident phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills
• Exceptional written communication for timely and professional follow-up
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Gmail, Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets), and Microsoft Office
• Experience with QuickBooks and order processing software is a plus
• Prior experience in manufacturing, health/wellness, or logistics preferred
