If you're a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping facilities operating smoothly, we'd love to meet you!### What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the overall maintenance and appearance of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility by:* Assisting with general building maintenance and repairs* Performing routine preventative maintenance tasks* Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner* Completing basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects* Maintaining grounds and outdoor areas as needed* Assisting with equipment inspections and minor repairs* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and facility standards* Transporting supplies and equipment when necessary* Keeping maintenance areas organized and stocked### Qualifications* Previous maintenance, facilities, building services, or handyman experience preferred* Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs* Ability to safely use hand and power tools* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day* Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude* Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, senior living, or hospitality is a plus### Why Napa Post Acute?At Napa Post Acute, we are committed to providing exceptional care for our residents and fostering a supportive workplace for our employees.
