# Investment Operations AssociateMicroVenturesAssociateVenture Capitalfull-timeLocationAustin, United StatesDate PostedJune 20, 2026Stay ahead of the marketGet instant notifications when new job openings matching "Venture Capital / Associate jobs in Austin, United States" are published.## About This Role**Investment Operations Associate - MicroVentures**MicroVentures is a leading equity crowdfunding platform seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join the Fund Management team in Austin, TX.**About MicroVentures**MicroVentures operates one of the leading equity crowdfunding and venture fund platforms, managing over **800 Venture Funds** across the full investment life cycle.**Key Responsibilities**- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of 800+ Venture Funds- Assist in the completion of target Fund investments- Monitor and track performance of Fund investments- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and reports- Prepare investor notices including capital call, fee, and distribution notices- Perform day-to-day fund accounting tasks- Assist in the preparation of applicable tax forms (e.g., Form 1065)- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fund specifications**Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics- At least 3 years of experience in financial services- Proficiency with Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables)- Strong organizational and communication skills*Location: Austin, TX (on-site)*Apply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
