Rental Sales Management Trainee

Job Summary This fast‑paced Rental Manager Trainee program touches all aspects of the business. Team members acquire industry knowledge, sales, operations, and leadership skills with a focus on relationship building. The program typically lasts 18‑24 months but can be accelerated to as little as 12 months. Participants will handle operational and administrative tasks supporting location and regional management and will work toward a future in sales, operations, or management. Structured weeks, rotational Saturday shifts (varying by location), competitive pay, and a benefits package (including a 401(k) match) are offered. Essential Functions Handle inbound sales calls and outbound solicitation. Maintain accurate data within the company marketing database. Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads. Manage rental asset processes, including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards. Achieve overall market share goals through sales and marketing initiatives. Maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies. Resolve customer concerns and disputes to sustain and grow the customer base. Additional Responsibilities Volunteer as an On‑Call Representative when scheduled, and perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. High energy, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels. Team player who can also work independently. Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices. High common sense and quick learning aptitude. Willingness to relocate in the region/US upon completion of the program. Intermediate computer literacy required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field required. One (1) year or more customer‑service experience with issue resolution preferred. Intermediate computer literacy required. Job Category Operations and Support. Compensation The position is salaried. Minimum pay range: $56,000. Maximum pay range: $58,000. Compensation may include an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and type.
