Company Description Contra Costa Christian Schools (CCCS) is a premier Christian school in northern California serving students from preschool through high school. Role Description The Director of Enrollment is a full-time, on-site role based in Walnut Creek, CA, responsible for leading and executing all aspects of the enrollment process for preschool through high school. This role oversees enrollment strategy, including outreach, recruitment, admissions, and retention initiatives aligned with the school’s mission and growth goals. Daily responsibilities include managing prospective family inquiries, conducting tours and information sessions, coordinating application and admissions workflows, and maintaining accurate enrollment data and reports. The Director collaborates closely with school leadership, faculty, and support staff to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and responsive experience for families. The role also includes developing relationships with feeder schools and community organizations, supporting financial aid processes, and continuously assessing and improving enrollment practices. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Enrollment Management skills, including planning, forecasting, admissions process oversight, and data-informed decision-making. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse families and stakeholders. Candidates should possess advanced Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, empathy, problem-solving, and professionalism in family-facing interactions. Candidates should possess Student Recruiting skills, including outreach, relationship-building with community partners, event coordination, and follow-up with prospective families. Candidates should possess knowledge of Student Financial Aid processes, including basic financial literacy, guiding families through aid options, and coordinating with finance or business office staff. Bachelor's degree in education, business, communications, or a related field; master's degree or relevant certification is preferred. Experience in K-12 school enrollment, admissions, or related educational administration is highly beneficial; familiarity with Christian education and its distinctives is an asset. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency with enrollment or CRM software, and capacity to work collaboratively in a school environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
