Full-Time | Approximately 40 Hours Per Week
$15.62 Per Hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus | Multiple Weekdays Off, Every Other Weekend Off

$500 Sign-On Bonus

• $250 after 45 days of employment

Work ScheduleWeek 1

• Sunday – OFF
• Monday – OFF
• Tuesday – 1:30 pm to 11 pm
• Wednesday – 2 pm to 11 pm
• Thursday – 1:30 pm to 11 pm
• Friday – OFF
• Saturday – 8 am to 8 pm

Week 2

• Sunday – 8 am to 8 pm
• Monday – 1:30 pm to 11 pm
• Tuesday – Off
• Wednesday – OFF
• Thursday – 1:30 pm to 11 pm
• Friday – 2 pm to 11 pm
• Saturday – OFF

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals:

✅ Live as independently as possible

✅ Maintain their health, safety, and well-being

You'll also assist with documentation and help ensure individuals receive quality, person-centered support.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or one year of related experience)
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including assisting individuals with mobility and daily living activities
• Ability to complete all required training and certifications

This position is considered an Essential Employee role. Team members may be required to:

• Report to work during emergencies or severe weather events.
• Work temporarily at another residential location when needed to ensure continuity of care and support.
• Provide reliable support to individuals who depend on us every day.
