Job Description
Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology

Schedule

40 hours per week; 4x10 hour shifts; weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.

Assignment Details

This position includes providing specialized patient care to adult inpatients and outpatients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.

Requirements

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Telemetry experience
• 1 year of recent interventional radiology experience
• New York State RN License

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for interventional procedures.
• Monitor patients during procedures.
• Provide post-procedure recovery care, including in the PACU and extended stay unit.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
• Support the critical embolization response team for trauma patients.
• Exhibit critical thinking and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Compliance / Notes
