Here, you will make an impact by: Operate powered industrial vehicles such as fork trucks Ship outgoing product To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution Minimum three (3) months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment in a private, public government or military environment Ability to pass company provided Forklift Training and retain issued forklift license. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Minimum one (1) year of plant and/or manufacturing experience in a public, private, government, or military environment Powered Industrial Vehicle license Applicants who meet the basic qualifications above will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.
