LIHTC Leasing Specialist - Affordable Housing Expert
Paradigm Management
Paradigm Management is seeking a Leasing Professional in Alexandria, VA to lease apartments, handle move-ins, and provide exceptional service to prospective and current residents. You will conduct community tours, qualify applicants, and manage leasing paperwork with accuracy and efficiency. The role requires prior residential leasing success or related sales experience, plus knowledge of LIHTC/affordable housing.
