Process payments through checks, ACH transactions, and wire transfers. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve account discrepancies. Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoice and payment issues. Prepare accounts payable reconciliations and maintain accurate records.Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:2-3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience. Experience processing invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations. Familiarity with ACH, wire, and check payment methods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume AP environment.
