Training Project Manager

Managing learning projects and portfolios, the full-time Training Project Manager will support the implementation of safety projects related to the Company's Safety Management System, ensuring workforce compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements in a remote capacity with occasional travel to Irwindale or Chino, CA. Key responsibilities Provide strategic direction to the Enterprise Learning & Development group to ensure workforce safety and compliance Close performance gaps and implement solutions to enhance organizational performance Oversee training curriculum maintenance and new development to align with safety and regulatory requirements Required qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in Instructional Design Experience in implementing training initiatives across diverse operating units and assessing their effectiveness Proven ability to make data-driven recommendations and execute complex initiatives Experience collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts to deliver training recommendations Ability to define training project requirements and manage execution while navigating obstacles
