Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation
- Perform CT procedures and, as needed, general radiography and fluoroscopy
- Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to the appropriate location
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging data, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
- Conduct routine device maintenance, calibration, and manage imaging supplies
- Ensure imaging quality and patient safety across adolescent to geriatric populations

Requirements
- Licensure/Certifications: Current California Radiologic Technologist license; ARRT registration in Radiography and CT (R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T.(R)(ARRT)); CT certification required
- Advanced CT certification: Required in OR and HI; preferred in CA
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider
- Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment if operating fluoroscopy equipment
- Venipuncture certification if performing venipuncture to administer contrast materials
- Education: Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
- Experience: At least two years of recent experience in the field
- Ability to work in a home healthcare - hospice setting and meet assignment requirements
