Business Intelligence Developer - Tulsa

Salary: $66,000 - 106,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline.
• We require 2–5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar function.
• We need strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• We expect experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.

• We design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support firm-wide decision-making.
• We extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and other querying tools.
• We build and maintain data models that support consistency, accuracy, and reporting performance.
• We work with leadership and department managers to understand reporting needs and convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• We support reporting for project performance, workload planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational metrics.
• We identify ways to improve data workflows, reporting efficiency, and automation of recurring reporting tasks.
• We ensure data integrity across multiple systems and address discrepancies when needed.
• We document reporting structures, data sources, and BI processes for internal reference.
• We provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing dashboards and reports as business needs change.
