Job Overview A law firm seeks a Bilingual Immigration Attorney to join their team in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves handling family immigration, humanitarian visas, and employment-based immigration cases. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to community service, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Duties Manage family visas, humanitarian visas, and employment-based immigration caseloads efficiently. Conduct consultations with supervision and prepare quality submissions for USCIS. Draft motions and pleadings for immigration tribunals. Handle hearings and interviews before the Immigration Court and USCIS. Communicate effectively with clients regarding immigration processes and strategies. Requirements Fluency in Spanish. Strong attention to detail and efficiency. Excellent teamwork and customer service skills. Proficient oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently on collaborative projects. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Professional attitude and demeanor. Tenacity and trustworthiness. Benefits Full-time position, Monday-Friday. Competitive annual base salary with unlimited paid time off.
