Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

We are recruiting an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in Miami, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected national law firm and support sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and financing matters. Responsibilities Review title commitments, surveys, and related documents Coordinate with title companies to obtain title commitments and policies and resolve title issues Conduct due diligence reviews Support commercial real estate closings from preparation through completion Draft deeds, mortgages, UCC financing statements, closing instructions, and other transactional and financing documents Prepare and organize closing documents and binders Handle electronic recordings and official-record searches Assist with forming corporations, limited liability companies, and other business entities Communicate directly with clients and independently manage assigned matters Qualifications Minimum of five years of commercial real estate transactional and financing paralegal experience Prior experience in a law firm is required Strong knowledge of title, survey, due diligence, financing, and commercial closing processes Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience using electronic document-management systems. Filesite experience is a plus.
