Recruiting Coordinator

Our Operations Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting environment. The RC is a key partner in managing recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships, often serving as a candidate's first impression of Amazon. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about providing a positive candidate experience while supporting hiring efforts for a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements when needed
• Update and maintain candidate records and job postings within recruiting systems
• Confirm new hires and ensure recruiting data remains accurate and up to date
• Provide timely communication to candidates regarding application and interview status through phone and email
• Track recruiting activities and provide regular candidate status updates and reports
• Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and distribute interview materials
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and enhance the candidate experience
• Support additional recruiting and talent acquisition activities as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of recruiting coordination, administrative coordination, or related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience supporting a recruiting or talent acquisition team
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
