Job Description
RESOURCE RN - NURSING

Schedule:
Nights 12 hours, 36 hours guaranteed weekly.

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- 2 years experience (required)
- Must be willing to float (this is a float position)
- High proficiency in both ED and MS/PCU (required)
- Experience with MS, ED and PCU/MS (required)
- Rural/small facility experience (highly preferred)
- COVID Vaccination (required)
- ACLS required, PALS or ENPC required within 6 months of hire
- State Licenses: New Hampshire

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provides professional nursing care, coordinating with other disciplines for care planning.
- Performs head-to-toe assessments and reassessments.
- Identifies and manages pain, providing education on pain management.
- Modifies care plans based on patient responses to treatment.
- Administers medications correctly and follows the six medication rights to minimize errors.
- Assists physicians with procedures and provides treatments as required by licensure.
- Monitors patient condition, interpreting hemodynamic status and identifying dysrhythmias.
- Communicates effectively with the healthcare team and consults with other departments as necessary.
