Skilled Trades Talent Partner & Onboarding Lead

Alfa Laval in Greenwood, IN seeks a Talent Acquisition professional to support Service Center hiring across the U.S. for mechanics, technicians, welders and other skilled trades, building pipelines and improving onboarding experience. You will partner with managers to forecast needs, develop sourcing strategies, coach on interviews, and implement staffing processes that ensure safety and quality.
