$140,000 – $190,000 | PE License Required | TxDOT Experience Required | Houston, TX | Full-Cycle Project Management About the Role Our client is seeking a Transportation Project Manager for its Houston office. This role is ideal for a licensed PE with strong TxDOT project management experience, a proven transportation project delivery track record, and the ability to manage projects from proposal and scoping through final delivery. This is a high-impact role with strong growth potential and meaningful influence over client relationships, project execution, business development, and team leadership. METRO experience is preferred. Responsibilities Manage transportation projects through the full project lifecycle, from proposal and scoping through delivery and closeout Lead TxDOT PS&E project delivery in compliance with applicable standards and requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships Supervise project staff and provide technical guidance throughout project execution Participate in proposal writing, client development, and business development efforts Coordinate across multiple disciplines and office locations as needed Support quality control, schedule management, budget oversight, and successful project delivery Key Requirements Active PE license required PS&E delivery experience required Full-cycle transportation project management experience, from scoping through closeout Proven client management and relationship-building skills Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading project staff Strong communication, coordination, and proposal-writing skills Experience supporting or leading business development efforts METRO experience preferred Competitive salary commensurate with experience Medical insurance Voluntary dental insurance 15 days paid time off 9 paid holidays Bereavement leave and jury duty Company-sponsored continuing education and reimbursement for approved CE #J-18808-Ljbffr
