Key Responsibilities: Carefully package parts according to detailed instructions provided in the job packet to ensure accuracy Monitor and document your productivity throughout each shift to meet performance goals Immediately report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency and uphold product quality standards Qualifications: Minimum of 3 months of experience in a manufacturing environment (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply) Ability to work effectively in a team setting and follow detailed instructions Available Shifts: Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Pay Details: $11.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
