As a part-time receptionist, youre the first voice and first smile that keeps our shop running at full volumewelcoming guests, keeping the flow tight, and making sure every visit starts strong. Key responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, managing the waitlist, and keeping the front desk moving fast and friendly. Answer phones, handle basic computer tasks, and coordinate appointments/messages. Support the team by staying on top of laundry and keeping the shop clean and ready. Float between our College and West Elizabeth locations near campus as needed.

What youll need includes great customer service and a calm, upbeat approach under pressure. Comfort using computers and phones. Availability for days, nights, and weekends.
