Store Manager - Farm Stand & Food Service (Seasonal)

About Us

Bramhall’s Country Store is a historic farm stand and takeout spot in Plymouth, MA, serving lobster rolls, ice cream, and local produce in a fast-paced, outdoor setting. We’re a small, tight-knit team with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and creating a great summer experience for customers.

The Role

We’re looking for a working Store Manager to run day-to-day operations during our busy season. This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll be managing staff while also jumping in to prep food, serve customers, stock products, and keep things moving.

You’ll oversee a team of high school and college employees and set the tone for how the store operates each day.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the farm stand and takeout window
Supervise, schedule, and support a team of seasonal employees
Train staff on customer service, food prep, and store procedures
Step in during busy periods (food prep, register, scooping, stocking)
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Manage inventory and restocking of food, drinks, and retail items
Ensure a high-quality customer experience at all times
Open and close the store as needed

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management
Comfortable leading younger staff and holding people accountable
Strong work ethic—willing to work hard and stay on your feet
Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
Available to work weekends and peak summer hours
Willingness to get a Serv Safe certification.
