Engineering - Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

About Our Property The Hotel Indigo Cleveland Gateway features 143 rooms, 2,400 sqft of meeting space, and two dining outlets of the brand new Hotel Indigo Cleveland Gateway. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance of building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Repair electrical appliances, house wiring, and HVAC systems. Repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, drains, and sanitary systems. Repair woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, etc. Maintain pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and miscellaneous equipment. Keep accurate records, logs, and reports as required. Qualifications / What We Are Looking For Experience in hotel or resort maintenance. Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. Engaging, welcoming personality. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced environment. Passion for exceptional guest experience. Excellent communication skills. Available to work various shifts, weekends, holidays. Must lift up to 50 lbs., walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull.
