11:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children in home and community-based settings. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful progress and improving their quality of life through evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services in home and community settings.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA/LBA.
Collect, record, and maintain accurate client data and session documentation.
Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and clinical supervisors.
Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Follow all company policies, ethical guidelines, and treatment protocols.
Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Experience working with children, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities, preferred.
Ability to work the assigned part-time schedule.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
