We’re hiring Mission Specialists —technical problem solvers with deep Networking and Linux expertise who can adapt to any challenge. This is a small, highly skilled team we deploy to tackle the organization’s toughest technical problems. You’ll bring strong core IT skills, and we’ll train you across Software Quality Assurance (QA) , Technical Support , and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) so you can operate cross-functionally and deliver results in any environment.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and maintain network and Linux-based systems in POS/back-office environments
• Configure and secure network infrastructure (firewall rules, routing, diagnostics)
• Deploy and support software/hardware for clients
• Rotate through QA, Support, and CRM roles to expand your skills
• Document solutions to help the whole team

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

• Proven networking experience, including LAN/WAN configuration, firewall rules, subnetting, and solid understanding of the OSI model
• Proficiency with network diagnostic tools (wireshark, tcpdump) and route table management
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear written/verbal communication
• Based in — or willing to relocate to — Twin Falls, ID

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with SQL , TypeScript , POS systems , or Software Quality Assurance testing
