Tax Partner - Atlanta

Position Overview Atlanta Tax Partner: Lead a team to deliver tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to middle-market businesses. Use client service leadership skills to coach, mentor, and train managers and staff. Build the practice through a strong professional network and business development opportunities with firm leaders. Responsibilities Lead a team to deliver tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to middle‑market businesses. Act as a role model by coaching, mentoring, and training managers and staff. Expand the practice by leveraging professional networks and referral sources. Engage in business development opportunities with other firm leaders. Qualifications Active CPA license. Experience with complex federal taxation across corporate, partnership, and individual structures. Experience with the Technology sector is preferred. Exceptional client service skills, leading to the highest quality of execution and delivery of client engagements. Strong leadership and staff development skills for coaching a client service team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with other partners and for providing guidance to clients as their trusted advisor. Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
