2nd Shift Quality Inspector - Urgently hiring in Santa Fe Springs!

Job Title: 2nd Shift Quality Inspector

Schedule: Monday - Saturday 6 Days a week (Overtime Mandatory)


Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Hours: 2:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m


Start Date: ASAP

As a Quality Inspector, you'll ensure products meet strict quality standards and customer expectations. You'll work closely with production and engineering teams to uphold our commitment to excellence.


What You'll Do

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:

• Reading and accurately interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
• Performing visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and optical comparators.
• Conducting product and material testing with tools like tensile testers, hardness testers, rheometers, and particle counters.
• Completing First Article Inspections (FAI) and preparing reports in accordance with AS9102 standards.
• Performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections of raw materials, parts, and finished goods.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have 3 years of experience
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and Geometric Dimension & Tolerance (GD&T).
• Proficiency with precision measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and pin gauges.
• Knowledge of AS9102 First Article Inspection requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
