Job Summary We are seeking an Assembler with experience in electronics manufacturing to build, inspect, and test electronic assemblies. The ideal candidate will have soldering experience, be able to read work instructions and drawings, and work effectively in a team-oriented production environment. Key Responsibilities
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Extension or Permanent Hire Possible) Shift Options
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts (4/10 schedule)
- Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Summary We are seeking an Assembler with experience in electronics manufacturing to build, inspect, and test electronic assemblies. The ideal candidate will have soldering experience, be able to read work instructions and drawings, and work effectively in a team-oriented production environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and electromechanical components.
- Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and schematics.
- Perform soldering and basic inspection of completed work.
- Inspect materials and components for quality issues.
- Work with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment and production tools.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and production standards.
- Soldering experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) experience.
- Surface Mount Technology (SMT) / Pick-and-Place machine experience.
- IPC-A-610 or J-STD certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Experience working in a cleanroom or electronics manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma, Trade School education, or equivalent experience.
