Full-Time | 40+ hrs | No Experience Needed

What You’ll Do

Build and assemble trusses and wall panels using modern component manufacturing machinery.

Measure, cut, and place lumber accurately
Load, stack, and move materials around the production floor
Maintain clean, safe work areas
Work as part of a tight, high-energy team

What We’re Looking For

No experience necessary — we will train you

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Reliable, punctual, and ready to grow

Comfortable working efficiently in a production-driven, outdoor-style environment

Supports continuous improvement efforts

Able to lift 50–75 lbs and stay active all shift
