This role involves working closely with the Production Department to maintain quality standards, organize the workspace, and contribute to the overall success of the manufacturing process.Responsibilities:Clean, inspect, and test parts to ensure quality standards are met during product assembly.Assemble sub-components to create final products in accordance with specifications.Perform labeling, cleaning, and packaging of assembled products.Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse and work areas.Assist with keeping inventory levels of parts and supplies organized and efficiently stocked.Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and support production goals.Perform other duties as required by the Production Department.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environmentsForklift operation experience and certificationAbility to advise management on inventory levels for parts and suppliesStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and a willingness to learn new processesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 40 poundsAbility to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs as requiredComfort working with chemicals as outlined in Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and using appropriate safety equipment such as dust masks, goggles, UV goggles, sleeve protectors, gloves, and back supportTravel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsThis position is fully on-siteWhat we OfferAt Ingersoll Rand, we embrace a culture of personal ownership — taking responsibility for our company, our communities, and our environment, as well as our individual health and well-being.
