Our innovative approach requires overcoming significant technical challenges, making this an exciting and dynamic environment for experienced engineers and manufacturing professionals.Position OverviewAllen Control Systems is seeking highly motivated Electronics/Avionics Assembly Technicians - 2nd shift, to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic systems. This is an exciting ground-floor opportunity to join our core manufacturing team. We are interested in candidates of all skill levels—from entry-level to experienced professionals—and will provide comprehensive training as required to ensure your success.What You'll DoAssemble and solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) in accordance with industry standards.Fabricate and terminate cables, wiring harnesses, and connectors for electronic systems.Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of electrical and electronic circuits.Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.Operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.Assist engineers in the development and refinement of electronic prototypes and production units.Create and maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures, modifications, and system repairs.Contribute to SOP's and relevant production documentation as they are createdAdhere to company and industry quality and safety standards when handling electronic components and assemblies.What You'll NeedExperience: We welcome all skill levels, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals.2+ years of experience in electronics assembly, testing, and troubleshooting is preferred, we provide full, on-the-job training for motivated entry-level candidates.Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.Highly collaborative team player who demonstrates self-motivation and a proactive, bias-for-action mindset.Strong commitment to ownership (taking "extreme ownership") and resourcefulness in meeting goals.Effective verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactionIPC-A-620 and/or IPC-A-610 will make you stand out as a candidateWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryACS Equity PackageHealth, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffAllen Control Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer, providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
