Step into a rewarding role helping young learners thrive as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This full-time contract position serves students across grades K–12, providing tailored support and making a significant daily impact. Whether you’re a seasoned therapist or early in your career, you'll find flexibility in caseload assignments—ranging from moderate to profound needs—matched to your experience and preferences. Both local and travel professionals are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active state licensure as an SLP (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Background in pediatric care; experience with Early Childhood and Elementary populations a plus
- Confidence working independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with IEP process and school documentation standards
- Strong communication and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language interventions to assigned students
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to develop and implement IEPs
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet a diverse range of student needs (moderate to profound)
- Provide both group and individual therapy sessions as required
- Maintain timely, accurate records and documentation
Compensation & Benefits:
