Position Summary Must possess a thorough knowledge of the mechanics, electronics, and electrical functions of gaming machines. Electronic/mechanical troubleshooting and use of electronic test equipment (e.g., voltmeter, Blue Wave Device) are required. Troubleshoot and repair Slot machines. The position is based in Manchester, New Hampshire and requires travel to all five Revo New Hampshire locations: Dover, Lebanon, Conway, Manchester, and Keene. Sign-on Bonus: $750. Essential Responsibilities Foster a fun environment and be a gracious host to guests and coworkers. Interact with Slot Operations personnel and guests while repairing Slot machines. Work on special projects as assigned. Travel to New Hampshire properties with up to 75%+ travel; overnight stays likely. Assist in maintaining an adequate stock of parts necessary for repairs. Perform preventative maintenance: clean, inspect, adjust, and test various machine parts. Perform floor maintenance: troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions and system problems as they occur during a gaming day. Assist customers with questions and concerns regarding Slot machines, providing answers and rectifying problems as appropriate. Install, convert, and modify machines and related equipment as instructed. Remain educated in all aspects of Slot repair for current and new gaming equipment. Assist with the implementation of new products and modifications to the casino floor plan. Review the mix of revenue share and daily fee games to identify and implement optimal selection and cost reduction opportunities. Analyze monthly Slot product financial reports for opportunities to replace existing products or relocate products to optimize performance and revenue. Develop and implement Slot analysis procedures to monitor performance. Maintain preventive maintenance schedule for Slot machines and related equipment. Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal building, fire, and regulatory codes. Assist with capital recommendations regarding Slot machines and related equipment capital purchases. Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications High school diploma or GED; one to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude. Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with guests. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, and move easily around entire property for entire shift. Ability to tolerate secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality. Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to travel to different properties in New Hampshire as needed; overnight may be requested. Physical ability to lift and/or move more than 100 pounds assisted occasionally. Must have vision adequate for close, distance, and peripheral visual tasks. Physical Requirements Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels, secondhand smoke, varied light levels, flashing lights, and to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.
