RN Supervisor

Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Shift *MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY* Skilled Nursing Facility We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality resident care, and supporting nursing staff in a skilled nursing facility setting. Position Summary The RN Supervisor provides clinical leadership and administrative oversight during the assigned shift. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, promotes excellent resident outcomes, and fosters a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during the 3pm–11pm shift Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance Respond to resident changes in condition and provide clinical guidance Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed Oversee medication administration and treatment protocols Address and resolve staff or resident concerns in a professional manner Ensure adherence to facility policies, state regulations, and federal guidelines Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance activities Provide staff coaching, mentoring, and on-the-spot education Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (long-term care/skilled nursing preferred) Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and make sound clinical decisions Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr Sarahneumanrehab
