Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Allegiance Behavioral Health LLC, your daily tasks will include:

• Performing thorough assessments to identify clients’ psychological and relational challenges, followed by developing actionable, personalized treatment plans.

• Utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams to provide a holistic approach to client care, including referrals to additional resources when necessary.

• Accurately documenting client progress in timely manner, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
