Senior Client Account Specialist

Senior Client Account Specialist, a full-time remote position, is responsible for ensuring timely payments from clients by monitoring accounts, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining positive client relationships. Key Responsibilities Monitor accounts receivable and prioritize collection efforts for overdue accounts Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining communication with clients Prepare reports on unpaid accounts and collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues Required Qualifications 4-year degree preferred or equivalent work experience 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a professional services environment Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ARCS Collections Software Strong financial, business, analytical, and accounting acumen Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively
