Position Title: Personal Lines Insurance Retention Specialist (Part Time, Remote) The Insurance Retention Specialist enhances customer retention and satisfaction through expert management of the renewal process, strengthening client relationships, and strategically driving increases in policy upgrades and cross‑sells. Responsibilities Manage and streamline the renewal process to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Proactively engage with clients to review and renew policies. Identify and act on upselling and cross‑selling opportunities. Maintain high standards of customer service to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction. Results to Be Generated Increase renewal rates by at least 5% by fostering strong customer relationships and understanding client needs. Raise customer satisfaction levels by 10% through personalized service and effective communication. Drive a 15% increase in policy upgrades and additional product sales by identifying and capitalizing on tailored opportunities.
