Accounts Payable Specialist

Compensation: $22/hour (Contract to Hire) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity Our client is seeking two highly detail-oriented and adaptable Accounts Payable Specialists to join our growing accounting team. Key Responsibilities Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. Match invoices to purchase orders, inventory receipts, and procurement documentation. Enter and maintain large volumes of financial data with a high degree of accuracy. Research and resolve invoice, pricing, and payment discrepancies. Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned. Required Qualifications 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment. Strong understanding of: Accounts Payable processes Statement reconciliations Inventory processing Procurement and invoice matching Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: VLOOKUPs Pivot Tables Experience working within an ERP system. Exceptional data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
